We deliver across Ukraine with Nova Poshta, to branches.
Payment methods
- Card online — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payment takes place on a secure monobank page; card details are never stored on our site.
- Cash on delivery — you pay when you collect the parcel at a Nova Poshta branch. Payment on receipt (cash on delivery) is temporarily unavailable.
Delivery cost
Delivery is paid by the customer at Nova Poshta rates on collection. For cash on delivery, Nova Poshta additionally charges a money transfer fee, which is also paid by the customer.
Timing
Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are shipped the same day, the rest on the next working day. Nova Poshta delivery usually takes 1–3 days depending on the city. The tracking number arrives by email and in Telegram as soon as the parcel is sent.
International orders
We arrange these individually. Write to us on Instagram @bykryis or Telegram @client_bykryis_bot — we will calculate the shipping cost and agree the payment.
