You may cancel an order and return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.
Conditions for a return or exchange
- the item has not been used and shows no signs of wear;
- its original appearance and all consumer properties are intact;
- the original packaging, tags and labels are present;
- the receipt or other proof of purchase has been kept.
When a return is not possible
- the tags or labels are missing;
- the item has been worn, or its appearance or completeness is compromised (stains, snags, foreign odours).
How to arrange it
- Write to support@bykryis.com.ua or message us on Instagram or Telegram with your order number and the reason.
- We will send you the branch address for the shipment and confirm the return.
- Send the item by Nova Poshta within 14 days of receiving it.
Important
- Shipping costs for a return or exchange are paid by the customer, except when the item is faulty or does not match the order — then we cover the shipping.
- If the check shows that the item does not meet the return conditions, we will send it back at your expense and explain why.
- We refund by the same method used for payment within 7 banking days after we receive and check the item. Your bank may withhold its own transfer fee.
- An exchange is made after we receive the return, check the condition of the item and confirm that the size you need is in stock.
